As the Founder of Pro Clean Commercials, I've had the privilege of transforming what began as a part-time, solo venture into an established professional cleaning company with a large, dedicated team and a growing portfolio of reputable clients across Dorset, Hampshire and neighbouring counties along the South Coast.
As a business owner, I'm precise, high-achieving and experienced in what I do. I'm driven by high standards, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to doing things properly, while my own journey of personal and professional development has shaped the way I lead, make decisions and approach challenges within the business. I've learnt the importance of resilience, accountability, self-awareness and continually evolving - qualities that have become fundamental to both my leadership and the culture of Pro Clean Commercials.
Today, Pro Clean Commercials is a far cry from the small business I started, with an established team, trusted client relationships and the experience to deliver professional cleaning services across a diverse range of environments. I'm incredibly proud of how far we've come, while remaining focused on continuing to grow, improve and raise the standard of what clients can expect from a professional cleaning company.
My journey began at university, balancing studies with private cleaning work. What started as a small side hustle quickly grew into a thriving company with an ever-growing portfolio of commercial and domestic clients, and once I found my path within the professional cleaning industry, I never looked back.
My degree in Policing has played an important role in our client-focused approach, strengthening the communication, professionalism and interpersonal skills needed to build strong relationships and understand each client's individual needs. This is where I developed the ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, assess situations objectively and communicate confidently with a wide range of people.
Over the years, I've developed extensive industry knowledge through hands-on experience and globally accredited CPD qualifications in Commercial & Specialist Cleaning, helping shape the high standards we uphold across Pro Clean Commercials. In 2026, we were proud to be named Commercial Cleaning Company of the Year at the National Cleaning Industry Awards, recognising our team's professionalism, dedication and commitment to excellence.
Alongside running the company, I now mentor other cleaning business owners, helping them develop their businesses and navigate the challenges that come with building a successful cleaning company. I'm also passionate about using my journey to inspire others beyond the cleaning industry, having delivered talks within the wider community, including in schools and prisons, on business, entrepreneurship and personal development.
